Merino Wool Yarn - Fluorescent Chartreuse Fingering

Our fingering-weight merino wool yarn has been hand-dyed with fluorescent dye that glows under blacklight! This merino yarn was made using the worsted method, making it a great choice for garments worn close to the skin, including jumpers, scarves, shawls, and mittens.

We use non-superwash and mulesing-free merino from Australia. Superwashing is a process that makes wool brighter when dyed and sometimes machine-washable, but it often involves the disposal of toxic chemicals. Mulesing is a treatment for an infection that involves harming the sheep, which is unnecessary since alternative forms of prevention are available.
